Using Hifz AI
By creating an account or using Hifz AI on mobile or web, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who can use it
You must be able to form a binding agreement in your country to create an account. Younger learners should use the service with a parent or guardian, subject to the privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
Keep your sign-in credentials private. Use Hifz AI for lawful personal practice. Do not reverse-engineer, disrupt or abuse the application, practice files or services.
Learning tools and their limits
Hifz AI supports reading and recitation practice. Local recognition and mistake feedback remain experimental and may miss or misidentify words. Web cloud analysis and pronunciation assessment are advisory; no automated output replaces a qualified teacher. Consult a trusted mushaf for authoritative text.
Plans and payments
Any paid offer must show its price and terms before purchase. The applicable payment provider or app store’s terms also apply. Store-link availability does not establish that every experimental feature is approved for public release.
Service and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, VertexBytes is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of Hifz AI.
Ending your account
You may stop using the service and request account deletion using the Delete account page. This affects your shared mobile and web identity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
